PRESENTATIONS
ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS RULES
It is of great importance the speakers should obey the designated presentation times to follow the congress programs and avoid delays.
- The official languages of congress are Turkish or English.
- The abstract should be prepared in the same language as the presentation
- Abstracts of oral and poster presentations submitted will be accepted after evaluation of the scientific committee. Improvement and corrections may be required according to scientific committee opinion
- A participant can present up to 2 presentations (2 poster or 1 poster and 1 oral presentations)
- Authors who have not participated to the congress, their abstracts will not be included in the congress book
- File name of the abstracts should include author name and type of the presentation,

INVITED SPEAKERS
- The CVs of the invited speakers to be read before the presentation should not exceed 200 words.
- Maximum presentation time of the invited speakers is 30 minutes.
- The question and answer section are included in this time frame.
- Not to extend the presentation time, non-questioned questions could be discussed at coffee breaks.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- Oral presentations should be prepared not exceed maximum of 15 minutes.
- Oral presentations should be include experimental studies and results rather than general information.
- The question and answer section are included in this time frame.
SHORT ORAL RESENTATION
- Short oral presentations should be prepared not exceed maximum of 5 minutes.
- Short oral presentations should include the main idea of the study.
- The number of slides in short oral presentation should not exceed 5.
POSTER PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION
- Poster presentations should be prepared vertically with dimensions of 70 x 90 cm.
- Poster content should be prepared in appropriate font size in Times New Roman character so that it can be read easily from 1 m distance.
- The name and surname of the author who will present the poster should be underlined.
- Addresses of authors and e-mail address of the author who will be make the presentation should be given.
- EsAn2020 logo should be placed at upper right corner.
- Title of the poster should be written between two logos in capital letters. Text of the poster should be prepared in double columns.
- Text of the poster should be prepared in double columns.
- Author’s university logo should be placed upper left corner.
- Posters should be assembled on the selected day and time before presentation.
- The author who will make the presentation should be present in front of the poster during the presentation time.
